Team Leader/ Team Member

We’re looking for Team Leaders and Team Members to join our Construction Services – Softscape Team with the following starting qualifications:
Team Leader - Minimum 4 years experience in softscape; horticulture diploma; or technicial certificate - Thorough knowledge of plant culture, horticulture maintenance, and IPM practices - Strong communication skills and leadership abilities - Responsible & driven individual that takes pride in work well done - A great eye for detail
Team Member - Minimum 2 years experience in the horticulture industry - Working knowledge of plant culture and horticulture maintenance - Knowledge of planting techniques including trees, shrubs, ornamental grasses, and herbaceous plant material - Experience in soil and mulch installation - Experience in plant layout is as asset - Enthusiastic team member with a great attitude and desire to learn - Conscientious goal-oriented individual
